NodeJS is single-threaded.Java supports multi-threaded as well.
There are a huge community to support.Java community has been the most versatile so far and has huge supporters too.
JavaScript conventions as framework is written in these.Object oriented structure applications derived from C++.
This requires to install npm to run Node.js.It requires Java Development Kit to run Java.
It is used for small projects and server-side interactions.It is used for CRUD operations based projects which are complex to handle.
It has many frameworks such as Sails.js, Express.js, Partial.js etc.It has frameworks named Spring, JSF, Struts, Hibernate etc.
Used in applications where real time data is modified example Google Docs.Used in applications where object creation is needed and data is managed.
